Experts in the science & art of precision cutting and coloring techniques, Amy and Masud believe any hair type can look incredible with the right style and complimentary product. With over 20 years of experience working at some of the most premier salons in Dallas, the couple made a name for themselves and drew inspiration from music, art, and fashion.

About the Owners
As original founders of the Artistry Salon in Plano, Amy & Masud Satar consistently provide all guests the “ultimate client experience” in hair care.
With over 20 years of industry knowledge, the founders trained with some of the industry’s elite. After gaining considerable expertise through Vidal Sassoon Academy in Chicago, L’Oreal Academy in New York, and Nine Zero One in LA, the couple integrated timeless principles of fashion & service into the brand and processes of the Artistry Salon.
At the Artistry, team members are encouraged to share knowledge and expertise with all clients. From best practices and products, to trending styles and advice, all guest should walk out capable of easily maintaining the quality and look of their hair until their next scheduled appointment.
Salon Policies
Punctuality - Please arrive 5 minutes early
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Feel free to call us to check for walk-in availability and wait time. We want to help you schedule appointment times where we will be fully available and attentive to your needs. More availability and extra time provides room for better service.
Cancellations
If a cancellation or date change is necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. If the notice is given within 24 hours from the appointment, customers will be charged for half of the value of the appointment during the next visit.
Clothing Protection
We prefer you to change into our salon gowns to stay free of cut hair and prevent any damage to clothing. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the damage of personal articles.
Children Safety
For the safety of all kids and adults, we ask that all children (not receiving a service) remain in the reception area of the salon be supervised by a guardian.
Payment Policies
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not give cash back on checks or credit cards.
Pets
Please no pets in the salon. Only service animals are allowed. This is a violation of state board law.
